I fly about 125,000 miles a year and stay in hotels every week. I have NEVER in 15 years of heavy work travel seen such deceptive trade practices as this in the hotel industry. Room advertised for $139. Instant charge for $260.63 with a total cost of $273.66... for a $139 room! I called right away. They will only refund $130.31 of the amount. What a bunch of con artists! Total scam. Go to The Indigo or Courtyard by Marriott and deal with actual HONEST people. These people are just horrible.
Completely deceptive trade practices. Do not do business with these people.
